A woman was taken to hospital after being cut from the wreckage of her car after it left the road and landed on its side in a ditch today.Firefighters used cutting equipment to free the woman after being called out at 4.43pm to the incident on the A444 near Twycross.The casualty was taken to hospital by land ambulance.An air ambulance landed but its services were not required.Fire crews from Hinckley, Market Bosworth and Atherstone were called to the scene.The road was closed for a short...
