Police have appealed for witnesses to a motorway crash which killed a woman and injured six others returning from a family wedding.The single vehicle accident on the M69 occurred at 6.30pm on Saturday near Hinckley.The woman, a rear seat passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.The driver and five other passengers were injured and two remain in Birmingham Children's Hospital in a stable condition.The crash occurred on the northbound carriageway near Junction 2 and involved one vehicle, a...
